Bill S.424/H.2121 An Act to Reduce Plastic Bag Pollution is currently under consideration in the Massachusetts state legislature.
On November 7, 2017, the Surfrider Foundation Massachusetts Chapter submitted our written testimony to the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture, laying out in clear terms our case for supporting this bill and each of its provisions.
