 t-2'>Snowrider is Surfrider Foundation MA’s annual winter environmental-aw
 areness event.  The message we communicate is <i>what starts up here (moun
 tain pollution & litter)  ends up down there (in the ocean)</i>.  Pollutio
 n left in the snow in the hills\, if not cleaned up\, will eventually make
  its way downstream to the rivers and storm drains\, and eventually the oc
 ean\, via snowmelt\, runoff\, and spring rains.</p>\n<p><b>We welcome volu
 nteers who want to help out!</b>  Most volunteers table for a shift of app
 roximately one hour and can then spend the rest of the day snowboarding or
